Multi-year prepaid terms include a discount versus annual billing — exact amounts are shown in the portal at checkout. Every paid SKU is bought in the portal: ACH on Stripe, or a card when the prepaid line is $15,000 or less. Enterprise (over 100,000 IPs) is a quote.
Managed IPs = leased + reserved + quarantined + assigned. Prefix size is not the meter. Existing leases keep renewing if you hit the cap. New grants, reservations, and assignments are refused. No phone-home.
Community: 1,000 IPs, one node, BIND TSIG and AD GSS-TSIG. Perpetual free SKU. Beta signup issues a lifetime perpetual Starter license instead (5,000 IPs) so you can test three-node HA. Same tarball. The grant has no SLA. Outgrow Starter and you pay only the annual delta versus Starter list.
Paid: Same inbox, business hours America/Chicago. No phone. No 24×7.
Community runs on one node. A paid file lets you add dhcpd nodes and run three-node HA behind a VIP. Signup includes a lifetime perpetual Starter license so you can test HA.

Each cluster still needs its own Lattice entitlement — Community or paid. Fleet does not pool IPs and does not change a cluster’s cap. Mix Community and paid sites in one Fleet. Over the cluster cap, existing sites stay managed; new enrollments stop.
Fleet support is the control plane. A Community site in a paid Fleet is still Community (no SLA) for DHCP and IPAM.
Create an account and download the software. Signup includes a lifetime perpetual Starter license (5,000 IPs, three-node HA) on the same install you will keep, in exchange for real-world testing and feedback. Paid licenses are not for sale yet; the pricing table is the published list. When purchase opens, a signed file raises the cap. No reinstall.
