What this policy does not cover

Leases, prefixes, DNS names, and similar data in a Lattice DDI deployment stay in databases and hosts you operate. Lattice is not the controller or processor of that data. Do not send it to us except as needed for a support ticket you choose to open.

What we collect on the website

Account and organization fields you submit (email, name, password hash, entitlement metadata).
Support tickets, quote forms, and contact forms you send.
Download and portal logs (account, artifact, time) to police abuse of binaries.
Standard request logs at our host and CDN (IP address, user agent, path). Public-page analytics: first-party path and time, and Plausible (aggregate page views, no cookies). Both honor DNT/GPC. Portal, admin, and login are not sent.
Payment identifiers if you pay through Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

Why

To operate accounts and licenses, to send transactional mail (welcome, receipts, license activation and transfer), to communicate about quotes and tickets, to secure the site, to meet tax and record duties, and to defend legal claims. If you opt in at signup, we may later send a product list; we do not have one today and we do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.

Processors we may use

Hosting and DNS (including DigitalOcean and Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and inbound routing, Stripe if you pay, and Plausible Analytics for public-page views (no cookies; we proxy events from this site so the browser does not talk to them directly). They process data on our instructions to provide those functions.

Retention and your requests

We keep account, entitlement, and billing records for the customer relationship and for as long as we need them for tax, fraud, and license audit. We may deny deletion of records that prove a license was issued or that a download occurred.

Email [email protected] or write LatticeDDI, LLC, PO Box 13, Billings, MO 65610 to access, correct, or request deletion, subject to those holds. We may take reasonable steps to verify you. We are a U.S. operator; if a non-U.S. law applies to you, we will consider requests in light of that law and of our need to keep the business defensible.

Security and children

No method of transmission is perfectly secure. The site is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account for a child.

Changes; law

We may update this policy by posting a new version. Governing law and venue are the same as the website terms: the State of Missouri; the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri.
